2nd May 2009 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: 25-10 knots Surf / Sea State: 1 foot surf Air Temperature: 10ºC Sea Temperature: 10ºC Weather: Rain, then sunshine Max Speed: Distance Covered: Wind picked up so I headed across to the beach with my 5m, 5.6 and two boards. With the wind gusting to 25 knots I rigged the 5,6m and my smaller board and had a few runs on that but the wind eased off and I ended up with a walk of shame to get the bigger board. It was then a case of more of the same. One or two runs on the bigger board but the wind dropped completely and I ended up with another, this time much longer, walk of shame before packing up and going home. |
